What is holistic nutrition and how is it different from standard nutrition advice?
Holistic nutrition is a personalised approach to wellbeing that addresses your body, mind, and lifestyle as a whole, with diet at it’s core. Unlike standard nutrition advice, which typically focuses on more generic nutrition advice centred around calories and macros, my holistic nutrition approach is highly personalised and looks at all facets of wellbeing, including mindset, movement, stress, and sleep. Because our hormones, gut health, and overall wellbeing are influenced by more than just what we eat, it’s important to address the whole picture. With your holistic nutrition consult, you’ll receive a structured wellness plan that is tailored to you, designed to make it easier and enjoyable to create lasting health improvements.
Are the consultations online or in-person?
I offer both in-person consultations in Bondi, Sydney, and online sessions for clients worldwide. Wherever you are, whether you prefer a face-to-face session or the convenience of an online consultation.
What can I expect in an initial consultation?
During your initial consultation, we take a comprehensive look at your health, lifestyle, and goals. This includes reviewing your medical history, diet, digestion, energy levels, and any specific concerns. From there, you’ll receive a personalised wellness plan which covers nutrition guidance, and practical tools around mindset, movement, sleep, and anything else necessary to your individual health journey. You will also receive a full recipe book with recipes tailored to you, with your preferences, dietary requirements, and nutrient needs front of mind. Ongoing support is provided via email, and follow-up consults ensure changes are effective and progress is tracked over time.
